The Bathroom is spacious and fully fitted with all the desired Sanitary-ware. The considerable Lakeview Garden can be enjoyed by guests staying at the property, which features a covered ‘Alfresco’ dining area with BBQ, situated to the back of the property and offering charming semi-rural and Lake views for guests. Parking can be provided to the front of the property. The lakefront of Cremia can be reached by car in under 10 minutes and it provides guests with a highly regarded Lake Como Restaurant, a variety of Bars, a long Beach and a harbour where Watersports including Wind surfing commence. The well serviced lakeside Resort town of Menaggio is situated just a 20 minute’s scenic lake view drive away and provides visitors with many amenities and attractions. | To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
